FC type gate valves adopts integral open die forging or closed die forging, which subject to customers' choice. No any welding on body of valve guarantee high quality especially for high pressure gate valves. Closed die forging body makes metallographic organization more closely-spaced and uniform, and resistance to high pressure greatly.
Full bore design, eliminating pressure drop and whirlpool, abating scour of solid particles in liquid.
Gate and seats are supersonically sprayed with hard alloy coating, which provides good resistance to wear and corrosion.
Bi-directional sealing and a non-rising stem, makeing it ideally suitable to drilling manifold, X-mas trees and other service.
